Life at home is pretty busy, I am married with 2 kids under 6 - this undoubtedly leads to lots of projects for the family - that are all designed and planned as if they were a commercial project! I have been an architect, designer, plumber, builder & engineer. If I am lucky enough to have some spare time, I have plenty of interests.

But totally worth it! Astrophotography can be done very cheaply, or it can get very expensive quickly! I have dabbled in astrophotography and astronomy when time allows, and have achieved some pretty great pictures. Yes I have a big telescope, but all images were taken with a cheap webcam!

Now the kids are getting older, and we like the house we are in, a second bathroom is ideally needed. With some interesting design - lots of planning and mocking up, throw in a bit of building, plumping etc - and we made one.

My little boy loves switches, he turns things on and off in the office, the house or anywhere where there is a switch! So I created a small box with different switches to keep him busy. laser cut plywood enclosure, with all the different types of buttons and dials I had in the switch drawer.
